He worked for seven years and three months at Mitsubishi Corporation (Chemicals Division), where he was responsible for trading practices, building efficient logistics systems and developing new business. He worked for a domestic patent firm for a total of 23 years and 1 month, mainly handling foreign cases (patent, design and trademark) and domestic cases (design and trademark). In addition, he handled a wide range of domestic and foreign disputes (domestic patent infringement litigation, US patent warning letter case, European design warning letter case, domestic trademark invalidation trial, European trademark opposition, European trademark cancellation trial, etc.).
He joined TSUKUNI & ASSOCIATES in April 2025.
